What insurance do you accept?

MODA (OHSU) Private Plans

BCBS - Covers Acpuncture and bodywork in some plans

Kaiser (Heraya) - Covers 30 minutes of Acupuncture, bodywork is an additional charge.

Collective Health by Providence

ASH - Covers 30 minutes of Acupuncture, bodywork is an additional charge.

Pacific Source - Covers 30 minutes of Acupuncture, bodywork is additional.

Do you work with Motor Vehicle Accident Cases

Yes.  I have managed successful motor vehicle accident cases for 15 years managing treatment and planning for pain and injury recovery.

Detailed case documentation and correspondence with your insurance claim are absolutely necessary to your immediate needs and post accident recovery.

Do you accept HSA or FSH Payments

Yes, as a registered health practitioner I can accept cards for acupuncture, bodywork, herbal perscriptions and supplements.

Do you offer Package Rates?

Yes.

I offer 5% off of a series of three treatments.

10% off a series of six treatments.

15% off of a series of nine treatments.
